1 Billion Downloads on GetJar!

Yesterday GetJar passed 1 billion downloads.  The billionth download was Geodelic, a local search app for Android phones.

While being the 2nd app store to pass 1 billion downloads is impressive, growth on GetJar has been accelerating recently.  Here’s a chart of our month downloads:
